Values

A history of innovation and excellence

Clarke F. Andreae started Clarke GM Diesel in 1964 with a clear vision – to deliver all Clarke customers excellent value while helping employees reach their fullest potential.

As the company evolved and expanded over the years, we’ve stayed true to this guiding principle. Our Clarke team uses their passion and innovative spirit to deliver custom engineering solutions and full-service solutions that provide outstanding value each and every day.

Now, more than 60 years later, Clarke’s son and grandson – Mark Andreae and Kirk Andreae – are building on Clarke’s vision and legacy. Clarke operates in 152 countries across multiple divisions.

Clarke Values:

We’re a family company working on a global scale. We adapt by focusing on our clients. We deal with the details, so you don’t have to. We are transforming industries.

Charitable Contribution Program

At Clarke, we believe it’s important to give back to the communities in which we operate. That’s why we maintain a charitable contribution program.

In this program, a location is chosen from our network of branches each year. A committee of associates at that location then identifies a local organization – one that benefits children – as the recipient of a meaningful donation.
